A properly done feasibility study and preliminary design will help identify potential risks, reduce cost, avoid delay during the implementation of projects and make sure projects will be done on time and on budget.
At MBA Engineering, we understand the overall cost for a proposed project can vary greatly depending on the choice of material, the building geometry and the structural configuration selected. We work closely with our clients to fully understand all the constraints and requirements as well as the expectation for the proposed project. We will then conduct a comprehensive feasibility study in which we explore different options, thoroughly analyze each option from the structural and economical perspectives. Finally, a preliminary design will be carried out based on the most cost effective structural selection and subsequently will be used to provide our customers with a prospective project financing.
