MBA Engineering was created initially to be the liaison between Architects, Consultants as well as General contractors and Pre-engineered Building Manufacturers.  By providing the expertise and the experience our engineers have accrued through the design of hundreds of Pre-engineered Buildings, we help Architects, Consultants, General Contractors and Pre-engineered Building Manufacturers find a common ground where innovation meets practicality.

Since its inception, MBA Engineering has grown out of its initial mission and has quickly become one of the most trustworthy, versatile and respectable engineering firms not only in Canada but only in the United State and certain areas of the world. We have earned our reputation through our dedication and passion for engineering; through the knowledge and expertise in structural; and most importantly through our commitment to go above and beyond to provide services that exceed client's expectation.

Started his career in 2004, Bao has years of experience in structural engineering specialized in heavy industrial and commercial steel structures. His ability to perform complex and specialty structural analysis such as Dynamic Analysis for seismic , Blast Resistance  Analysis, Floor Vibration Analysis as well as Buckling Analysis has earned him the respect from his peers

Previously, he was engineering supervisor  at Robertson Building Systems Ltd., responsible for the design of many heavy complex industrial, commercial and recreational  projects in Canada, USA and international.

He is also knowledgeable in low and high-rise multi-story buildings, especially in high to extreme seismic areas.

He is a Professional Engineer  currently licensed in Ontario and Alberta.
